My name is Andreas Spehr,
I am from Hamburg, married and have a 10 year old daughter.

Among other things, I have developed and rolled out a CRM solution for 2 trading companies in the electronics industry for their European sales (DE, AT, CH, IT, FR, NL and DK). Before that, I worked in sales in this industry for 13 years.

My guiding principle: It is definitely an advantage to have understood the problem the software is supposed to solve.

Since I was almost exclusively a lone wolf in the past, I am particularly looking forward to learning together with the team and to mastering the upcoming tasks together.
